வாகனத்தில் அடிபட்ட நாய்க்குட்டி
நடு ரோட்டில், காலில் குருதியுடன் துடித்துகொண்டிருந்தது...
குட்டியை காப்பாற்ற எந்த வாகனமும் நிற்கவில்லை!
இரக்கமற்ற மனிதர்கள், இதயமற்ற ஜீவன்கள் சமூகத்தில்
பெருகிவிட்டனரே, வேதனை பட்டது மனம்!
மருகிக் கொண்டிருக்கும்போதே
என்னுடைய காரும் நாய்க்குட்டியை கடந்திருந்தது!!

குழந்தை தொழிலாளர்

நேற்று தினமணியில, s.விஜயா என்பவர் வேலைக்கு செல்லும் சிறார்கள் கல்வி கற்பது அவசியம் என எழுதி இருந்தார். அதை முதலாளிகளே செய்திடவேண்டும் என்பதையும் குறிப்பிட்டு இருந்தார்.நியாயமான கருத்துதான் எனினும், அது நடைமுறையில் சாத்தியமா என்பது ஆராயப்படவேண்டிய விஷயம். குழந்தைகள் வேலைக்கே செல்ல கூடா து என்ற நிலைப்பாட்டை உறுதியாக எடுப்பதுதான் குழந்தை தொழிலாளர் முறையை ஒழிக்க முடிவான செயல்பாடாக இருக்கும் என நம்புகிறேன். காரணங்கள்..

1. வேலையும் செய்து கொண்டு, கல்வியும் கற்பது மிகவும் கடினமான விஷயம்.
2. முதலாளிகள், வேலை செய்யும் குழந்தைகளுக்கென செலவு செய்து கல்வியை புகட்டுவார்கள் என்பது நகைப்புக்குரிய விஷயம்.
சட்டங்களை முறையாக பயன்படுத்த தவறும் தொழில் ஆய்வாளர்களும், குழந்தைகளை பணியில் அமர்த்தும் குரூர முதலாளிகளும் மாறும் வரை நாம் கனவுகளைத்தான் காண முடியும். ..."நம் நாட்டில் குழந்தைகள் யாரும் வேலை செய்யவில்லை" என்று!!

சட்டம் ஒரு இருட்டறை!!

தினகரன் பத்திரிகை அலுவலகம் தாக்கப்பட்டபோது மூவரின் உயிர்கள் பறிக்கப்பட்டன. குற்றவாளிகள் இன்று விடுவிக்கபடுகின்றனர், முறையான சாட்சிகள் இல்லாததால்!! ஸ்டாலினுக்கு ஆதரவாக எழுதியதால்தான் அழகிரியின் விசுவாசிகள் இந்த குற்றசெயலை செய்தனர் எனபது ஊரறிந்த விஷயம். குடும்பங்கள் ஒன்றானவுடன் குற்றங்கள் மறக்கப்பட்டன. சட்டங்களும் வளைக்கப்பட்டன. சாட்சிகள் பல்டியடித்தன. ரௌடிகள் விடுதலையாகின்றனர். என்ன ஒரு நியாயமான ஆட்சியை கலைஞர் நடத்துகிறார் என்பதற்கு இதைவிட ஒரு உன்னத உதாரணம் நமக்கு தேவைப்படும் என்றா நினைக்கிறீர்கள்??

மக்களின் மனசாட்சியை, அவரின் மனசாட்சியை போன்று மலினமாய் எடைபோட்டுவிடுகிறார் என்றுதான் எண்ணதோன்றுகிறது!! அருகிலிருக்கும் இலங்கை சென்று மாண்டு கொண்டு இருந்த தமிழரை காப்பதை விட, தன் குடும்பத்துக்காக நெடுந்தொலைவில் உள்ள டெல்லிக்கு சென்ற மாமனிதரல்லவா அவர்!! தன்னலமற்ற திராவிட இயக்கத்தின் ஆணிவேரை பற்றி வளர்ந்துவிட்டு இன்று குடும்ப நலனை மட்டுமே முன்னிறுத்தி, தன் மானம் இழந்து நம்மை ஏமாற்றி வாழும் இவருக்கும், இவரைப்போன்ற கள்ளத் தலைவர்களுக்கும் மக்கள் சரியான பாடத்தை புகட்ட வேண்டியது காலத்தின் கட்டாயமாகிறது. மக்களை அவர்தம் உயிர்களை கிள்ளுக்கீரையாய் நினைத்து உருவாகும் அரசியல் தலைவர்களை நாம் இனம் கண்டு முளையிலேயே கில்லி விடவேண்டும்.

கல்வி அறிவும், அரசியல் விழிப்புணர்வும் இத்தகைய கொடுமைகள், அநீதிகள் மீண்டும் மீண்டும் நடப்பதை வரும் காலங்களில் தடுத்து நிறுத்த வேண்டும் என்பதே சாமானியனின் விருப்பம்!!

வார்த்தைகள் வாழட்டும்

உன் வார்த்தைகள் இன்னும்
உயிரோடுதான் இருக்கின்றன!

அவை ஈரமுள்ள இதயம் உதிர்த்தவை
என்று இன்னும் நம்புகிறேன்!


ஒரு நாள் என் நம்பிக்கை

Today, it was wonderful dawn!! Though there was little mosquito nuisance inside the net, I woke up afresh at 5 am. After reading yesterday's half-Hindu & full-Express, I came out of the net. What to do then...exercise? washing? studying public health book? or Hindi learning? I quickly chosen to wash few clothes and climbed terrace. At 8 am I am out from room for the office at 9.30. I carefully walked on the narrow streets, which filled with rain cum dirty water (thanks to greedy officials & contractors!!), touched the Poonamalle High Road. I preferred to walk for about 2 km though the buses were not crowded much and had space for me enough!! While passing through Coovum bridge, I looked black thick river water moving with bubbles & few wastages. I recalled the news that the river is going to be desilted soon to avoid water logging in plains. I pity on this river, which lost the face totally because of mismanagement of human beings for decades. 

I neared Aminjikarai market and just tried to see the sun which was struggling hard to see the earth after clearing clouds. Surprisingly I happened to see a line of tiny birds on a thin rope/rod which connected between two higher buildings on either sides of the big road. It looks very interesting as they were monitoring us on the busy road!! Good to my decision to walk!! Breakfast was completed with kitchedi in samy bhavan and my walk proceeded. I saw the govt school gate was opened and children were participating in class rooms. It was 8.40 am. Its really appreciative that the school started functioning earlier. The kids can learn much better from this cool time.

The lift lifted me to my office in 4th floor. The charming guard cum receptionist Binod smilingly wished me. He hailed from Tibet, has two kids at the age of 28. He was cleaning the glass door sincerely. I gave him a cover to be sent by courier with the cost. We both failed to send it for 2 days. The house keeping works were in full swing by 3 people inside the office. I came inside and looked out though glass windows. There was greeneries in the Pachaiyappa's campus, which were blooming like anything with happiness of two days little rain.

The life is full of blossoms!!! So let me start the day from 5 am here after!!

மறைந்து கொண்டிருக்கும் 'மனிதம்'

While asking my friend 'Ashok' in Chennai about his bachelor life amidst flood of rain water, he shared the increased rates of food items in the city & non-availability of essential commodities within their limit. When people arrested by water in this 'developed' city, some of the business minds became greedy and started venturing from the troubled water!! Actually they should act as helping hand to their fellows in this situation, instead they want to exploit them by selling 1 litre milk for Rs.40/- (Normally Rs.20/-).

I surprise how & why people became insensitive? what motivates them to have this much cruelty. Something drastically wrong in our society that is increasingly killing the humanity day by day.
